2024 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that in accordance with By-Laws 61 and 64, the Annual General Meeting of the Royal Institution of Naval Architects will be held at 11:00 BST, on Thursday, 16th May 2024, for the following purposes;

  1. President’s address.
  2. To receive the Annual Report and the Financial Statement for the year ended 30th September 2023.
  3. To consider and if felt fit, approve the following Resolutions:
  • Resolution 1: To re-appoint Haysmacintyre as the Institution’s auditors.
  • Resolution 2: To re-elect Professor Catriona Savage as President of the Institution.

The 2024 Annual General Meeting will take place at RINA Headquarters, 8-9 Northumberland Street, London, WC2N 5DA and online. Members will be invited to register shortly.

Note.

  1. All members have the privilege to join the above meeting (subject to registration and available places), but only Voting Members are entitled to vote on the Resolutions.
  2. Members entitled to vote on the Resolutions may appoint the Chairman of the meeting as their proxy to vote on their behalf (Members will receive an online voting link via Mi-Voice).
