Design Engineer – Composite Structural Engineering

Gurit Composite Engineering are looking to recruit a Design Engineer to join our UK team on the Isle of Wight.

Candidates should have a Bachelors or Masters Degree in Engineering, Material Science or related and ideally 2-3 years experience in either a design office or composite manufacturing.

We provide high-quality composite structure engineering, design & analysis services to designers and manufacturers in the racing yacht, superyacht and patrol boat markets, along with work in the wind-assisted ship propulsion, renewable energy, transportation and architecture sectors.

The role will involve carrying out engineering on a wide range of projects using analytical and design skills, in collaboration with a project team. You will plan and manage engineering projects as well as working with customers and end users.
