Feadship has launched its first ever yacht for an Australian client, in the form of the 73m loa, twin-screw motor yacht Hasna. Featuring, in Feadship’s words, “beach chic interior”, and tailored for family cruising, the vessel was designed by Feadship De Voogt Naval Architects in collaboration with UK-based RWD.
Hasna has been developed with an overall beam of 11.9m and a draught of 3.45m, and is powered by two MTU 12V4000M53 engines, each capable of delivering 1,380kW at 1,800rpm. Onboard power is provided courtesy of three MTU gensets, rated 250kWe apiece. This configuration grants Hasna a cruising speed of 14knots and a top speed of 16knots.Featuring a fuel capacity of 169,670litres and fresh water capacity of 36,880litres, Hasna’s undisclosed owner can rely on a range of 5,500nm when sailing at 12knots.
The main deck aft features an 8m-long swimming pool as well as a beach club and gym, and the yacht’s engine room has been positioned forward of the lower deck suites so that guests can directly access the beach club.
In addition to the owner’s stateroom, the yacht has been fitted with three double staterooms for six guests and two twin staterooms for four guests, while the 12 crew members are accommodated in six cabins. In terms of ‘toys’, the yacht can also house a 9m limousine tender, an 8m sports tender and two Yamaha WaveRunner units.
