Sunseeker International has announced that it will debut its next-gen Manhattan 68 (2025) motor yacht model at next year’s boot Düsseldorf expo, hosted between 18-26 January. The UK builder promises “a sleeker, more dynamic profile…[incorporating] a fresh take on flexible living spaces”, within an overall length of 21.2m and a 5.26m beam.
Key design points, compared to the 2023-launched Manhattan 68 original, include a revamped flybridge, featuring “a larger, more versatile seating arrangement” for entertaining guests and unrestricted views. This section will also boast “an ergonomic console with cutting-edge technology”, Sunseeker says.
The vessel’s interior design was arranged by Design Unlimited, and comprises a four-cabin spread, with a private staircase leading to the owner’s full-beam cabin, situated amidships. Sunseeker adds that the layout can be customised to include a single staircase linking all cabins. “This layout offers flexibility for a three-cabin configuration with a grander entrance to the owner’s cabin, complete with an office,” the builder says, “or it can include a Pullman-style fourth cabin.”
The yacht’s aft cockpit has also undergone something of a redesign, now featuring a built-in privacy screen “for a greater sense of seclusion”, Sunseeker says.
The Manhattan 68 (2025) has been designed for a maximum draught of 1.63m, and has the capacity to carry up to 4,000litres of fuel, granting the boat a range of up to 550nm at 10knots. Power is provided by four MAN engines (including two 746kW MAN V8 and two 895kW MAN V12 units), enabling a speed of approximately 31-32knots.
