“Design of a Future Fishing Vessel with Ultimate Through Life Sustainability”
Background
Across the past three months, six teams from various organisations and academic institutions have been competing to design a fishing vessel with ultimate through life sustainability.
These vessels, with the novel technologies they employ, may one day be an essential component in operating sustainable fisheries globally!
On the 11th of December, the teams will gather at the Bath Royal Literary and Scientific Institute to individually present their designs to a panel of esteemed judges across the fishing and marine industry.
The RINA & IMarEST Western Joint Branch invite you to attend, meet the participants, enjoy the pizza and refreshments provided as well as demonstrate your support for aspiring engineers and scientists in the early stages of their careers.
