Wind Propulsion 2027: Proven Performance - Driving New Technologies with Real-World Data
14th Apr 2027 - 15th Apr 2027
The Naval Architect 2026
The Naval Architect 2026 is RINA’s flagship membership event, bringing together maritime professionals, academics and students for a day of knowledge sharing, professional development, industry discussion and networking.
President’s Invitation Lecture 2026
An exclusive morning event bringing together RINA members, maritime leaders and invited guests for a keynote lecture, expert discussion and professional networking hosted by RINA President Annabelle Ransome-Williams.
“As one of our main events, the RINA Warship Conference is a fantastic gathering of defence industry professionals, with naval architecture at the heart of the discussion and a showcase of ideas not just regionally but globally. Warship 2025 was a great experience, with thriving conversations around every element of the ship from keel to mast and stem to stern. Someone even thought outside the box and brought planes into our ship-shaped conversation.”
Chris McNair MEng AMRINA, Naval Architect at Babcock International, RINA Developing Careers Committee, Chair RINA Scottish Branch Chair

"The Wind Propulsion conference showcased a positive shift in our industry’s understanding of critical performance variables, such as sail interference, dynamic behavior, and precise wind measurements. Our sponsorship this year was not just valuable but also an opportunity to strengthen our connections within the industry. Attendees showed increased engagement and interest in our installations, timelines, and upcoming projects."
